Raze Construction's philosophy of paying attention to details will create the demand required to propel the company to the next level. We will offer exclusive design and remodeling services and projects using a highly successful referral system to limit the supply and, therefore, increase demand. Our custom projects will be unique and thus ensure that no two projects are the same. We will build relationships with high-end builders, developers, investors, and property managers to assist in accomplishing these goals.

 

We started in 2015 with personal funds from our owner to fill a void in the marketplace. Construction firms today are more focused on speed over quality. This is due in part because of customer demand and tight budgets. However, sacrificing quality only shortens the life of a project and, over time, costs the owner time and money in premature repairs, legal claims, fines, etc.

 

We will use the latest tools and technology combined with highly skilled labor to create unique projects. This end product will drive demand and ensure the growth and success of the company through a stellar reputation. We have been able to create a partnership with a major painting and LED lighting company for upcoming projects. We have also acquired skilled labor in the areas of carpentry, painting, and flooring in order to complete jobs.

 

Through our relationships, we have thus far avoided the problems faced by many start-up firms and have potential jobs in the pipeline and commitments from stakeholders to get work when budgets get approved. We remove the concerns of buyers and owners alike.
